You don't have to be Latino to love salsa. A dance instructor leads the way, a Dj plays and for that first hour starting at 4 p.m., we'll all be dancing in the streets! A great warm-up for East Harlem's Aurora & Zon del Barrio 12-piece orchestra taking the stage from 5 –7 playing a variety of rhythms from the Islands to the streets of Latin N.Y. @ Harlem's Marcus Garvey Park.
